About EdgeCraft

EdgeCraft is a premium maintenance, storage, and organization brand for knife collectors and EDC enthusiasts. We sell hobby accessories, tool maintenance supplies, and collector organization products. We do not sell weapons, tactical gear, or self-defense items.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Small claims court actions may be brought in Denver County, Colorado, provided the matter qualifies. You agree that the statute of limitations for any claim shall be governed by Colorado law.

Force Majeure

EdgeCraft shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or internet/telecommunications failures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, subject to the arbitration provision above.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
